My New Course On Pluralsight is LIVE: Generative AI Stakeholder Alignment
My new course Generative AI Stakeholder Alignment is LIVE on Pluralsight!
95% of organisations get little return on their AI investments. Not because the technology fails, but because requirements are vague, stakeholders drift out of alignment, and teams measure the wrong things.
In this course, Generative AI Stakeholder Alignment, you’ll gain the ability to plan and manage AI projects that deliver value.
First, you’ll explore why AI projects fail. You’ll learn about AI specific failures like hallucinations, drift, and bias. You’ll learn how to write requirements with guardrails that prevent them].
Next, you’ll discover how to align stakeholders using five clarifying questions, RACI mapping, and checkpoint rituals to help keep alignment ongoing rather than being a one time deal].
Finally, you’ll learn how to [prevent scope drift and measure success across performance, risk, safety, and value KPIs.
The course lasts 30 minutes and is split into 3 modules.
I packed experience from building real-world AI systems into this course.

Module Overview
In module 1, you will learn about the Gen AI divide and how to write AI ready requirements. The following is covered:
- examines why 95% of AI projects deliver little ROI, based on MIT NANDA’s 2025 State of AI in Business research
- the 5% who succeed
- exploring, solution seeking a problem, moving goalposts, hallucination creep, model drift, bias amplification, learning gaps
- extending the SMART framework to accommodate AI criteria
- learning how to transform requirements with a before and after comparison
- Learning about the Guardrails as Requirements principle
In module 2, you’ll learn about stakeholder alignment. The following is covered:
- Mapping and Maintaining Alignment
- Using a trade-offs for delivering difficult news
- Build v Buy comparisons
- RACI for AI projects
- Using checkpoint rituals
In module 3, you will learn how to drive alignment on goals, decision making, and KPIs that keep Gen AI projects on track. The following is covered:
- Using the Scope Drift Pattern to recognise and prevent scope creep
- Using the Danger Zone Matrix to show how new additions affect projects
- How to measure what matters
When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the required skills and knowledge needed to be part of the 5% that succeeds.
